Laie Days 2013

This July community members and BYU-Hawaii and PCC ohana kicked off the annual Laie Days celebration, having different fun activities such as the Summer Bash at Laie shopping center, Kupuna luncheon at PCC, and the Volleyball and Basketball tournament in the Canon Activities Center. "Laie Days" is an event to commemorate the establishment of Laie in 1865 and to remember the Mormon Pioneers who arrived in the Salt Lake City, Utah.

At the Bash, community parents with their children enjoyed the local entertainment, foods and rides while elderly residents and visitors also had the opportunity to meet and gather at the Kupuna Luncheon.
