10 members of BYU-Hawaii ohana are recognized for their exemplary service

Two BYU-Hawaii retirees were selected for two newly named exemplary employee awards for their service at the university, and the first awards in their names were given out on March 16 at the annual employee appreciation dinner and dance.

Gunstock Ranch Easter egg hunt well attended, BYUH students volunteer to setup

Gunstock Ranch held its 29th annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15 complete with egg hunting, pony rides, a petting zoo, and food vendors. Several pastures were filled with more than 8,000 eggs with the help of BYU-Hawaii students, according to personnel at the ranch.

Devin Graham, a professional YouTube videographer known as Devin Supertramp (or devinsupertramp), shot a promotional video for Zing from April 6-8 with the help of young volunteers from BYU-Hawaii, University of Hawaii, and other colleges in Hawaii.

IIPP courses teach students on dress, makeup, and more in professional environments

More than 137 students and community members attended workshops at the 8th annual International Institute of Professional Protocols to learn the importance of communication and self-image, and how to dress professionally and present with confidence.

Disability Services staff help students receive different requirements, not special treatment

While the Disability Services and the Counseling Center reside under the same roof, the two provide different assistance for students at BYU-Hawaii, according to Director Leilani Auna.
