Each spring, BYU-Hawaii hosts Culture Night, a two-night celebration that brings together the diverse traditions of its global student body. BYUH has students from more than 60 countries, and this year, 25 of those were represented through cultural clubs. Over 2,000 students performed, while nearly 4,000 guests filled the Cannon Activities Center on March 5 and March 9.

The event highlighted traditional music and dance from around the world, as students come together to learn, rehearse and honor each other's heritage,

More than just an event, Culture Night fosters unity and a deep love for culture, say employees at Student Leadership & Service. “Through Culture Night, students can apply the learning they gained from the classroom, such as how to treat people, build relationships, strengthen others and be reliable,” said Jacquie Alisa, student activities coordinator.
