Ingredients:
12-15 large unpeeled shrimp
½ cup vegetable oil
5 grams ginger, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
10 grams spring onions, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
½ teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon soy sauce and ketchup (mixed together)
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan.
Place ginger and garlic into the pan.
Carefully place the shrimp into the pan of oil.
Cook the shrimp in it until they are all red on both sides.
Mix the salt, brown sugar, soy sauce and ketchup together and slowly pour over the shrimp.
Let simmer for two minutes.
Once it is all cooked, remove the shrimp from the pan.
Plate and sprinkle the finely chopped spring onions over it to give it color and more flavor. Enjoy with rice.
