How to make cake pops

Bake cake. Crumble cooled cake into a large bowl. Make sure there are no large clumps.

Using a hand mixer or spatula, mix frosting with cake crumbs.

Measure one Tablespoon of cake mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until the entire mixture is used.

Place cake balls on a plate and refrigerate for two hours or freeze for one hour.

Melt white chocolate in a microwave or on a stovetop. Mix in food coloring to achieve desired color.

Put skewers into chilled cake balls and dip in melted chocolate. Chill for one hour. Enjoy!
