Italian balsamic pasta is simple but delicious Valentine’s meal

This delicious pasta is simple, inexpensive and won’t take all day to make. You may catch your eternal companion with this recipe!Time: 40 minutesMakes 4 servings1 lb. penne rigate1 can diced tomatoes3 large cloves garlic3 T. balsamic vinegar1 ½ T. oregano2 T. olive oil½ lb. shredded parmesan cheeseSalt and pepper to taste1. Boil the pasta until slightly underdone (al dente).2. While pasta is boiling, heat 1T. olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat.3. Mince garlic and sauté in pan until garlic starts to turn light brown.4. Drain can of diced tomatoes so that there is a little liquid left. Add to pan and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.5. Add pasta, salt, pepper, and oregano and stir occasionally.6. When the liquid starts to thicken and stick to the pasta, add balsamic vinegar and 1T. olive oil and stir.7. Continue to stir until most of the liquid cooks off.8. Add cheese and stir for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.9. Serve.
