College students may not be able to afford extravagant baking or cooking ingredients and equipment, so here is a delicious pumpkin pancake recipe that is easy to prepare and doesn’t break the holiday bank. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes Ingredients:1 ½ cups prepared pancake batter1/3 cup pureed pumpkin¼ cup chocolate chips Directions:Prepare the pancake batter as directed and mix in pumpkin and chocolate chips. Pour onto a greased griddle or frying pan and cook like normal pancakes. They will be done when they look golden brown and the chocolate chips are melted. Top with butter and syrup and enjoy!
