Want to up the romance but have no baking skills? Buy a red velvet cake mix and make these delicious red velvet cookies. Whether you are celebrating with your significant other or doing Galentine’s day, these cookies are the perfect accent to the most romantic day of the year.

Ingredients

1 box red velvet cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

White chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth.

Mix in desired white chocolate chips.

Using a medium (2- tablespoon) cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet 2- inches apart.

Bake for 9-10 minutes.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before serving.
